Greatest Multi level marketing Company - Five Pillars For NETWORK MARKETING Success Meets Greatest Network Marketing Company

Just what is the very best network marketing company? Do yourself a favor. Do your due diligence and discover exactly how to look at any home based business company. Not all NETWORK MARKETING companies are the same and some just do not do any of us any service because of a few of their practices such as their training and their compensation plan.

Research the company

Ask questions like exactly how long has the company been in business? Pick a company that has been in business for at least 2 years.

Does the company stand behind the item?

Make sure that they have a decent reimbursement policy if you are not satisfied with their products. What is their buyback policy? Make sure that you count on the items that you represent. It is rather difficult to convince others if you do not like the product or service yourself.

Does the company prefer you to sell products or just sponsor people?

If it appears that all they prefer you to do is sponsor individuals, run like you know what!

Will the product sell?

Is the product or service a respectable one? Are the prices competitive by having additional companies?

Does the company have impetus?

If folks are telling you that you need to get in now since time is running out or that you should get in on this ground floor opportunity, once more, run like you know just what!

Utilization the above questions to help you pick the best NETWORK MARKETING company. You may want to produce some other questions such as:

How great are their marketing materials? Exactly what kind of exercise or support do they supply? Can you replicate the system? Exactly how do I get paid?

These are some very good questions that you can easily use to about get you began. I should point out that I like I had used these when I was looking for a company! It might have actually saved me a lot of money. The advantage is that I now have a sound company that really supports its members and actually promotes the building of human relations by helping others succeed. If a particular member is struggling, the company will really add folks for them so that they can easily begin to make some money.

There is so much to be said for building partnerships and assisting each other in this business. While there are some decent home based business companies out there, you simply need to do your homework as talked about and get the available education and learning that is readily available, both inside and outside your primary company.

Mountain lion killed after prowling Calif. mall

Santa Monica Police Department / Reuters

A mountain lion cornered in an small courtyard in Santa Monica, California on Tuesday. The young male adult, presumed to be from the Santa Monica mountains ventured The Promenade outdoor mall where he was spotted by maintenance staff early in the morning. Police shot and killed the animal after failing to subdue it with tranquilizers.

By Kari Huus, msnbc.com

A mountain lion that scientists believe to be one of perhaps just a dozen left?in the Santa Monica mountains was shot and killed by authorities after it appeared in a high-end shopping mall in Santa Monica on Tuesday morning, an official with the California Department of Fish and Game told msnbc.com.

Authorities initially tried but failed to subdue the cat, a 3-year old male weighing about 80 pounds that apparently wandered into the city overnight.

"This was an unprecedented event,"?Fish and Game Department spokesman Andrew Hughan?said?of the lion?s appearance in central Santa Monica. "We do have lion in urban areas, but they are usually small towns. Never anything like this that anyone can recall."

A maintenance worker at The Promenade spotted the large cat around 6:00 a.m. PT as cleaners were preparing the outdoor mall for?opening and reported it to police, who in turn informed Fish and Game wardens.

A warden and?first responders from the police and fire departments converged on the mall and found?the animal in a u-shaped courtyard," said Hughan.

"It was trapped in a little enclosed area," he said.?"What wildlife will do is lie down like they do in the woods, trying to hide."

After setting up a perimeter, police shot the animal with a tranquilizer dart, with the intent of removing it and returning it to its natural habitat, Hughan said. Before the tranquilizer could take effect, they tried?to keep the agitated animal trapped using "pepper balls" and fire hoses.

A news release from the Santa Monica Police Department said: "The mountain lion made several attempts to escape the courtyard and enter the public area. Regrettably, police were forced to use lethal force to prevent that animal from escaping the courtyard and endangering the public."

An officer killed the mountain lion with a single shot,?a move that had the full support of Fish and Game, said Hughan.

Watch the Top Videos on msnbc.com

"This was an absolute last resort. No one at Fish and Game wants to destroy an animal, especially a mountain lion," he said.

The far-ranging mountain lion population is under severe stress due to habitat loss and poaching, scientists say.

For a decade, the National Park Service has been tracking mountain lions in southern California, including the 275-square miles of the Santa Monica range, which?is hemmed in by highways, urban areas, the ocean and agricultural land.

Wanted: Poacher who cut off cougar's paws

That island of habitat is?large enough to support 10 to 15 mountain lions, according to Jeff Sikich, a biologist with the project.

Young adult males are forced to set out to establish their own territory, or reckon with a dominant male in the area, he said.

"Most young adult males we have followed in the Santa Monica mountains have ended up getting killed on a freeway or by an adult male in that territory," Sikich said.

The park service is conducting genetic tests to determine whether the mountain lion killed on Tuesday is a part of the tiny Santa Monica population, which Sikich says is likely.

"This is regrettable," said Tim Dunbar, executive director of the nonprofit conservation group Mountain Lion Foundation. "By having this poor lion die now ? that will put even more pressure on the survivability of the species down there."

Dunbar said the Sacramento-based foundation had dispatched staff to Santa Monica to investigate the animal?s death, but did not yet have an opinion about?the decision?to use lethal force.

"Part of the problem is that the tranquilizers for the animals act a little slower if the animal is agitated," said Dunbar. "From reports I?ve heard, this animal was highly agitated."

Sonus Expands Session Border Controller Portfolio ... - VoIP News

Sonus Networks, a global leader in SIP communications, today announced the introduction of the Sonus SBC 5100, a session border controller that targets the 250 to 10,000 session market. The Sonus SBC 5100 is purpose-built to leverage SIP-based networks as enterprises and tier two/three service providers look to simplify their infrastructure and deploy video and Unified Communications features.

The third product in Sonus?

As the third product in Sonus? portfolio of SBC solutions, the Sonus SBC 5100 possesses the same characteristics that have made Sonus the fastest-growing SBC brand among service providers; growing nearly 4x faster than the market average.

SBCs provide secure access to SIP trunking, which enables enterprises to reduce costs and deliver new applications just as Unified Communications and video. SIP trunking, trunking consolidation and the move to VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) can reduce traditional enterprise telecom bills by up to 75%. A recent Infonetics Technology report shows the enterprise SBC market up 60% from 2010 to 2011 and is expected to grow 26% year-over-year through 2016.

"SBCs are playing an increasingly important role as today's SIP-based networks are being asked to carry many types of traffic including voice, video, and multimedia over many different innovation manufacturers' products. Sonus helps normalize various vendors' interpretations of SIP usage," said David Lover, Vice President of Strategy and Research for Arrow S3, a leading systems integrator and managed services provider of Unified Communications solutions. "We have tested the Sonus SBC 5100 in our lab and have packaged it with Arrow S3 services and support so growing companies can simplify their networks and gain the benefits of SIP-based Unified Communications."

The performance of the Sonus SBC 5100

"We are impressed with the performance of the Sonus SBC 5100,? said Robert Smithers, CEO of Miercom, an independent test lab. ?Our testing showed that the Sonus SBC 5100 is resilient and robust in thwarting attack traffic. It can quickly recover from outages, and successfully processes up to 3,000 concurrent sessions at 150 calls per second. Miercom is proud to award Performance Verified for the Sonus SBC 5100."

?We have had the world?s most sophisticated enterprises turn to us for carrier-grade scale and capabilities as their multimedia traffic grew exponentially,? said David Tipping, Sonus Vice President and General Manager, SBC Business. ?The introduction of the Sonus SBC 5100 brings the most advanced SBC features demanded by service providers and packages them in a form that propels enterprise networks to perform efficiently so businesses can communicate smarter, faster, and more collaboratively than ever earlier.?

Meatless Monday: Apple onion cheese tart

A simple tart rich with comfort.

A doughy tart filled with onions, apples, and cheese.

I am not private in my opinion of comfort foods. My blog nestMeg, if nothing else, serves as a testament of my devotion to all things warm and buttery.?Living so far from home necessitates cooking with an excess of butter from time to time. Is a flaky tart an acceptable replacement for my brother?s bear hugs or my sister?s permeating laugh? Well, no. But it makes a decent consolation prize.

Being a resident of New York City is taxing in all the ways you?ve heard (including, quite literally, taxes). There is no loneliness quite so profound as the one experienced while surrounded by a sea of strangers. Cures are difficult to come by. When home is a few bites away, sometimes that?s enough. In any case, it has to be.

This recipe comes from Alice Waters? "The Art of Simple Food," ?which is my go-to resource for fresh and, obviously, simple food. Alice actually has the onion tart and the apple tart listed as two different recipes, but the two foods seemed like such a complementary pair. The dough recipe required no modification. It actually bubbles butter. Now that, my friends, is enough.

Apple onion cheese tart

For the dough:
Makes 2 12-inch tarts

2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
1/2 cup ice-cold water

Cut the butter into the flour with your fingers or with a stand mixer. Pour in the water slowly, until the dough begins to clump. (Mix for 30 seconds or less if using a mixer.)

Divide the dough in two and create two balls of dough. Wrap with plastic and compress into disks. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

For the tart filling:
Note: This recipe makes enough to fill one tart. Double the recipe if you want two!

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 medium onions, peeled and sliced
1 pound Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup cheddar or goat cheese

Heat the olive oil in a shallow pan on medium-low heat. Add the onions and stir occasionally, cooking for 20 to 30 minutes until onions are brown and soft. Let cool.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Remove one of the tart dough sections from the fridge and roll into a circle with a rolling pin until the dough is about 12 inches in diameter. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a Silpat and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Spread cheese over the chilled tart, leaving a border of 1 and 1/2 inches. Starting at the outside, layer the apples slightly over one another and work toward the center. Apple slices in the center should be layered about 1 inch thick.

Sprinkle the apples with the cooked onions. Fold the border over the apples and onions to make a crust.

Mix the egg and milk or water together and brush gently over the crust. Place the tart on the lower rack in the oven and cook for 45 to 55 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

12 Straightforward Video Marketing Tricks to Increase Your web ...

Afghanistan pullout to dominate NATO summit

More than 50 world leaders were gathering in Chicago for one of the biggest NATO summits in history Sunday aiming to hammer out a unified exit strategy from Afghanistan after a decade of war.

A huge security operation has swung into place in the hometown of US President Barack Obama, with police deployed along the main arteries, some on horseback, as Coast Guard boats topped with machine guns patrol the river.

It is the first summit of the 28-member North Atlantic Treaty Organization on US soil in more than a decade, and follows a two-day summit of G8 leaders hosted by Obama in the seclusion of Camp David, Maryland.

In a sign of the heightened tensions, authorities in the Windy City, already bracing for massive protests, Saturday charged three men with plotting to attack Obama's campaign headquarters and other targets during the summit.

Despite a myriad of issues facing the 63-year-old organization founded in the wake of World War II as it confronts shifting 21st century realities, the Chicago summit is set to be dominated by Afghanistan.

Obama arrived back in his hometown late Saturday, met by cheering crowds who lined the route as his motorcade rode downtown.

Among the world leaders at the table with Obama will be Afghan President Hamid Karzai and his Pakistani counterpart Asif Ali Zardari, who accepted a last-minute invitation to attend the talks.

Despite the stubborn Taliban insurgency, war-weary international forces are seeking to hand control of security to Afghan forces while withdrawing some 130,000 foreign combat troops by the end of 2014.

Karzai comes armed with a firm demand for $4.1 billion a year to fund his security forces after the pullout -- fearing his country could descend into a new civil war.

The United States is expected to foot half the bill while hoping the international community will stump up the rest.

Washington is also hoping that Zardari will agree to reopen key NATO supply routes into Afghanistan closed down in November after US air strikes killed 26 Pakistani troops.

However, US Defense Secretary Leon Panetta suggested in an interview with the Los Angeles Times that Islamabad was demanding too high a price to resume the deliveries across its territory.

Quoting a senior US official, the daily said Islamabad now wanted $5,000 per truck, compared with $250 previously, amounting to a goodly sum for the thousands of trucks which trundle across the border daily.

"Considering the financial challenges that we're facing, that's not likely," Panetta told the daily.

Pakistan's cooperation however is seen as key to the success of the international mission in Afghanistan, as US-led NATO forces fight a fierce Taliban insurgency.

"We can't solve the problems in Afghanistan without the positive engagement of Pakistan," NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said Saturday.

The White House was hoping the issue of the supply routes would soon be resolved, said deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes on Saturday.

"Based on the statements they've made, the negotiations going on, we believe it's going to be accomplished," he told reporters traveling with Obama.

"We're not anticipating necessarily closing out those negotiations this weekend."

Indeed, planned talks between Rasmussen and Zardari were abruptly called off late Saturday, officially because the Pakistani leader's flight was late arriving from London. Both sides said they hoped to reschedule the meeting.

France's new President Francois Hollande has meanwhile shaken up the carefully crafted transition plan, vowing to bring his 3,500 combat troops home in 2012, a year earlier than planned.

Obama and his fellow leaders will take other key decisions, activating the first part of a missile shield for Europe and announcing a slew of military cooperation projects to cope with mounting austerity.

Governments are feeling the pinch as Europe's debt crisis forces budget cuts across the board, and to cope NATO will announce more than 20 joint projects to pool military hardware as part of a so-called "Smart Defense" initiative.

NATO has touted a planned US-led missile shield for Europe as a shining example of military cooperation.

A first step to the shield will be the announcement at the summit of an "interim capability" putting US warships armed with missile interceptors in the Mediterranean, and a radar system based in Turkey under NATO command.

(AP) ? A day after the historic Facebook IPO, founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg updated his status Saturday to "married."

Zuckerberg wed 27-year-old Priscilla Chan, his girlfriend of nearly a decade, according to a guest authorized to speak for the couple. The person spoke only on the condition of anonymity.

The couple married at his Palo Alto, Calif. home in front of fewer than 100 stunned guests who thought they would be attending a party to celebrate Chan's graduation from medical school.

Zuckerberg gave his new bride a ring he had designed with a "very simple ruby" to end an incredibly eventful week, according to the guest.

On Monday, Zuckerberg turned 28 and Chan graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, where she'd studied pediatrics.

Then on Friday, Zuckerberg took his blue-and-white web behemoth public in one of the most anticipated stock offerings in Wall Street history.

The seemingly well-coordinated timing was largely a coincidence, the guest said. The wedding had been planned for months and the couple was waiting for Chan to finish medical school, but the date of the IPO was a "moving target" not known when the wedding was set.

Attendees, including Facebook's chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg, were told after they arrived that they were not mere party guests but wedding guests.

"Everybody was shocked," the guest said.

The person would not discuss the names of others who attended to protect their privacy.

Ditching his trademark hoodie and sneakers, Zuckerberg sported a dark blue suit and tie with a white shirt for the ceremony, while Chan wore a traditional white wedding dress with veil and lace.

Food was served family-style and included dishes from the couple's favorite Palo Alto sushi restaurant.

Zuckerberg met Chan at Harvard, where he founded Facebook in a dorm room in 2004, and have been together for more than nine years.

Chan's own Facebook page, which now lists her as married to the founder, said she is a native of Braintree, Mass., and attended high school in nearby Quincy.

She graduated Harvard in 2007 then taught science to fourth and fifth graders at the Harker School in San Jose for two years before starting medical school, according to her profile.

Her page also says she "loves cooking and soft things."

Even after the IPO, Zuckerberg, who grew up in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y., remains Facebook's single largest shareholder, with 503.6 million shares, and he controls the company with 56 percent of its voting stock.

The site has grown into a worldwide network of almost a billion people and made its founder, Time magazine's Person of the Year in 2010, one of the most famous businessmen of the Internet age.

Sunday Morning

Sunday Morning (Photo credit: jspaw)

There is something about Sundays and I have great memories of Sundays. This is a day of the week for rest, for the most of us. This is a day you can rejoice in the Lord with others at church. I have decided to make this post about all the happy times I can remember in my life. Then I want you to say a happy memory in my comment or reply section. Sounds easy? Yes, so be thinking about what you are going to say when you get finished reading this. These will be in no certain order.

Friday nights, our family went to visit my father?s mother. Everyone in the family was there for her famous chili and hot dogs and all of us kids would go out side and play afterwards.

A day in fall, when all apples were bought, and everyone, adults, cousins, all pitched in and made home-made apple butter. We all ate picnic style and roasted marshmallows. This continued until dark. Us kids used the old out house for our bathroom, keeping the indoors clean for mom and dad.

Family reunions at a park a half an? hour away. Plenty of food and wonderful watermelon for dessert. This park had the biggest curly cue slide, and tire swings. We always fell asleep on the way home.

Spring time for me was great! I spent all free time after suppers with my husband and kids fishing for crappies and blue gills. In the late evenings we would go back and fish for catfish.

The day I got married. The dreams I had of a happily ever after life.

The day I got divorced.

The feelings I had when I looked into each of my new babies eyes and touched their soft skin.

Summer church camp. Every summer, new friends, new crafts, my first time accepting Jesus as my own.

The day I was finally able to open my own antique store, holding the license in my hand.

Going down to my grandmas, who lived next door to us, and having a piece of fresh, warm peach pie with ice-cream melting on top, or half-frozen fresh peaches.

One Christmas I received my first piano.

Each summer my mother-in-law and my daughter and I would walk back the long lane to pick blackberries, and then also given blackberry jam to take home.

My mother-in-laws wonderful home-made cinnamon rolls with lots of gooey butter cream icing.

Christmas eve dinner with my mom and dad and my family. Dad?s eyes sparkling as all the gifts were opened, he would go into his bedroom and bring each of us a brown, paper lunch bag. Inside was a giant Hershey candy bar and a two litre bottle of pop.

Dad and I spending quality time together in the basement. Him working on his wood projects and me asking too many questions. He never seemed to tire of them.

Finding my dad?s artist brush after his passing. A small thing with a huge memory of how dad loved to paint.

Looking at the baskets I have placed around my home, knowing it was mom?s last project she had made. She was always going to some sort of class, and this was her last, basket weaving. I treasure them so.

Getting the text or phone call that my daughter and her family are coming here for a visit.

Early mornings. Peace and quiet time. Spend time with God and my friends here at WordPress.

Rearranging my living room furniture. Gives me great satisfaction, knowing every crook and cranny is clean and the room looks brand new with the furniture being moved.

Watching American Idol, two days a week.

Finding out unexpectedly that my best friend is coming to town to visit me.

Sitting in my swing in the evenings, watching the camp fire.

Celebrations, when all three of my kids and their families will be present.

Buying a new antique for my house. I love antiques.

Crossing the Indiana line, knowing I was coming home to be near my children again.

A day with no tears and no arguing.

When I lose more than one pound.

Alright friends, it is your turn. Happy Sunday, happy thoughts. Leave me one of your happy thoughts.

? Personal responsibility

? Love and romance

? Friendship

? Forgiveness

Adding ?Gay? To The Mix
While there are some universal elements to relationships, we gay couples have our own unique and special challenges and benefits to live through that are different than other relationship styles. In fact, we have added burdens and obstacles to overcome living in a homophobic society to make our relationships succeed in the long-term. And because of the multitude of barriers and stressors we face, we are in a better position to experience higher-level feelings of intimacy because of the shared experiences and resilience we have, but only if we can muster up the courage to push forward during those difficult times as a united front. The rewards of growing, learning, and changing as a couple are great!
Some additional factors that I might add to the list for making relationships work that are more specific to gay men in a couple include: ? Having solid self-esteem and comfort with being gay ? Both men being at the same level of ?outness?; and the more ?out?, the better to allow for more openness, relaxation, and honesty in all environments ? Having a support system of people who honor, value, and validate the men?s relationship as a gay couple ? Each man having his own individual identity, as well as commitment to a relationship identity to allow for more balance and vitality ? Having a clear agreement about monogamy vs. non-monogamy in one?s relationship and having an understanding of what that means and looks like and abiding by that faithfully ? Recognition that relationships take effort and work ? Having a shared vision for the future as a couple ? And most importantly, as in all relationships, communication is key! Productive conflict resolution is critical! Honesty is a must! The ability to be flexible is also important. Conclusion
This article merely scratches the surface of what constitutes a healthy relationship. There are many ingredients that go into creating a successful partnership, but the topics discussed here provide you with a basic foundation of what?s most needed to get you on the right track. What?s important is that each couple defines for themselves what works best for them and what happiness and fulfillment would look like for them. The above skills will help promote a working atmosphere to help the two of you co-pilot the type of relationship you?re seeking. Identify your strengths and weaknesses as a couple from the tips and craft a plan for making things even better between the two of you. Society desperately needs to see healthy gay couples functioning in successful relationships. Could you be a role model as gay partners if you choose? If so, let us all share the wealth and wisdom with each other as a community, to learn from each other on what it takes! Cheers to your relationship success!

Michael Jordan Leads Int'l Wine Comp | Fairplex Blog

Not that Michael Jordan! No basketballs here (altho we may see a football since Vince Ferragamo is a judge). Famed restaurateur and Master Sommelier Michael Jordan is the new honorary chairman of the Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition, which begins tomorrow. The?former global manager of wine sales and wine education for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts? worldwide is expected to assist in growing and expanding the breadth of the competition, including refining its new point-system ratings.

Jordan is quite familiar with the LAIWSC, having served as a judge for many years. He is one of few to hold both the Master Sommelier and the Certified Wine Educator diplomas. Jordan created his own brand, Word Vineyards, and also serves as the host of a syndicated weekly radio talk show that is broadcast in several major AM Radio markets across the US. Jordan has had a hand in the operations of the award-winning Napa Rose Restaurant in Anaheim and the openings of Pinot Provence, Pavilion and Bella Teresa ? top restaurants in southern California. He is currently vice president of food and beverage of The Ranch restaurant?in Anaheim, CA.

?I am honored and delighted to work in the roll?as?honorary chair of the Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition.? It has been an absolute favorite wine event for me, something I have really enjoyed participating in each year,? Jordan said. ?I am looking forward to working with the amazing team of top industry professionals that produce one of the most seamless and well-run competitions in the world.?

With the assistance of Jordan?s expertise and background, the 73-year-old competition is expecting to grow?its number of entries and participants as well as increase consumer awareness. The competition is the foundation of a large public wine education program that?s available to the nearly 1.5 million visitors during the annual L.A. County Fair. Said Jordan: ?The public looks to the LAIWSC to evaluate the wines, spirits and olive oils that are entered from around the world. The top award winners are also presented during the L.A. County Fair along with daily seminars and tastings given by the best and brightest in the wine industry.? It is a fun way to taste and learn!?

Results of the competition will be announced June 18. The public will get its first opportunity to taste the award-winning wines, as well as spirits, beers and extra virgin olive oils, at FUN Decanted on June 23. A food and drink festival here at Fairplex, FUN Decanted offers tastings, education stations, fabulous food trucks and great entertainment. The inaugural event last year was a total blast. NHK shrinks its 8K Super Hi-Vision-ready camcorder to the size of HDTV cameras

We may still be years away from watching the sweet, sweet 33MP resolution video promised by Super Hi-Vision in our own homes, but over in Japan, NHK engineers are slowly working out the various kinks keeping it from us. Their latest development is this camera seen above on the left, capable of recording 8K in a camera head that is smaller and lighter than the previous unit (the new one weighs 4kg, about 1/5th the weight) shown on the right, and is more comparable to the size of a standard HDTV camera. According to the NHK the savings were achieved by developing a new single plate color imaging mechanism and eliminating the need for a prism to separate the colors beforehand, so it's small enough to be used with standard SLR camera lenses. Sure, it's not quite ready to go on your next vacation, but if you're in Japan you can get a peek at it (and that 145-inch 8K Panasonic plasma) at the broadcaster's open house later this month.

Dancing With the Stars Results: Who Survived the Double Elimination?

Dancing With the Stars bid farewell to two of its top six competitors on last night's results show. Did the four favorites survive, or were there surprises?

It was really anyone's game. A week after scoring a perfect 30, Maria Menounos and Derek Hough found themselves in second-to-last place Monday.

Roshon Fegan, who narrowly avoided elimination, climbed to second, while only six points separated William Levy in first from Melissa Gilbert in last.

So which four celebrities are moving on to the semifinals?

Donald Driver and Peta MurgatroydMelissa Gilbert and Maksim ChmerkovskiyRoshon Fegan and Chelsie Hightower

Roshon and Chelsie Hightower were the first couple to be eliminated. Even after having one of their better weeks, it wasn't enough for the young pair.

"I'm definitely very happy that I can add ballroom dancing to my super-duper dance moves," Roshon told co-host Brooke Burke-Charvet in response.

"I'm so proud of you," his partner Chelsie said. "He was such a joy to work with and came to work everyday willing to work and with such a great attitude."

"I'm happy to end it on a high note and I'm happy I had you as my partner."

The second couple eliminated on Tuesday were ...

Melissa Gilbert and Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

"I can't even describe what a learning and growing experience it's been. It's been a real blessing and a joy," said the actress, on her 48th birthday.

"I'm amazed that I even made it this far, and the things that I was able to do and the things that were able to overcome to have been here on this day, does make it a really incredible birthday," Gilbert added.

"Maks has been amazing, an incredible teacher, an incredible friend."

And so it goes. Levy, Menounos, Katherine Jenkins and Donald Driver are on to the final four, where it will again be anyone's game next week!

Ematic announces eGlide XL Pro Android 4.0 slate for $220

Ematic clearly isn't aiming to differentiate itself when it comes to tablet designs, but then again, the company is a devotee of that tried-and-true method of undercutting its competitors' prices. (Remember that impossibly cheap PMP?) Its just-announced Android 4.0 slate, the eGlide XL Pro 2, may not be a "standout device" as the outfit proclaims, but it does look and act like a tablet -- for a Walmart-friendly $220. The 10-inch Pro 2 runs a 1GHz processor and a 400MHz GPU with 4GB of storage (expandable to 32GB via microSD card), and it isn't penny-pinching to the point of forgoing an HDMI connection. While it lacks Google services such as access to the Play market, the eGlide XL cushions its pre-load with the Ematic App Shop, a voice assistant and the Kobo eReader app. If you're in the market for any old tablet, get more acquainted with the Pro 2 in the presser below.
